I founded Cardinal Property Company after 26 years in commercial real estate, with a clear goal: to help clients navigate complex real estate decisions with confidence, drawing on experience and aligning those decisions with their broader business goals.

Throughout my career, I have worked across investment, development, asset management, brokerage, and advisory roles with firms including Equitable Property Company, Cushman & Wakefield, and Colliers.  That scope of experience has provided me with a comprehensive perspective on the full real estate lifecycle and the complex pressures clients face when making high-stakes decisions. 

Cardinal Property Company was built intentionally to reflect the way I approach real estate - prioritizing clarity, discipline strategy, and sustainable outcomes for clients who value transparency and informed decision making.

The name Cardinal reflects purposeful direction and sound judgment—principles that guide both my leadership and the firm’s mission. Whether advising on investment strategy, asset positioning, or complex real estate decisions, I bring a steady, analytical approach focused on protecting the client interests and creating long term value.

Beyond my professional work, I am actively engaged in the community and currently serve in leadership roles within nonprofit organizations.  Service, accountability, and contributing positively to the communities we work in are core values, both personally and professionally.
